TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

TO RESERVE YOU MUST PAY 50% OF THE AMOUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION.

7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL TO THE HOUSE YOU MUST PAY THE 50% REMAINING FROM THE RENTAL.

1st ACCEPTANCE.- The making of any reservation implies the acceptance of these general conditions. The tenant will have to sign a rental contract to formalize the reservation and on arrival day will have to provide all ID or Passports for Tourist Police.

2nd USER.- The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.

3rd PREPAYMENT.- The system asks for a payment or guarantee by credit card of 50% of the total amount of the rental at the time of making the reservation, the reservation being conditioned to the acceptance of the payment by the banking entity. The remaining 50% must be paid 7 days before arrival day.

4th RESERVATION.- Your reservation can be made by phone, email or directly online on our website. The reservation will be completed when the user received confirmation by email.

5th DATA.- All data entered by the user is recorded on a secure server and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusive by the reservation staff and will only be made for the purposes of the reservation itself and to communicate to the customer Future promotions and offers.

6th OCCUPANTS.- The tenant can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the rental agreement. Any extra person will cost € 14 / day (It has to be  authorized by the landlord before arrival day).

7th CLEANING.- The apartment will be rented  in proper cleaning conditions. The tenant is agrees to leave the apartment in reasonable cleaning conditions without garbage or food debris. In case of receiving it in inappropriate conditions of cleaning to those agreed by both parties, the lessor will invoice the cleaning time at € 20 / hour.

9th EQUIPMENT.- The client agrees to leave the apartment with the same conditions of conservation of furniture and equipment found at the entrance.

10. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the apartment hired by one of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure such as occupancy or damage arising after the date of the reservation. These changes will have no cost to the tenant.

11th GUARANTEE.- The client will leave at the entrance a security deposit in cash for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be returned on departure in full except in the event that damage is detected in the apartment, furniture or equipment or situations of extreme dirt and debris. The cost of restoring the conditions that the apartment had at the entrance will be deducted from the deposit amount.

12th CANCELLATION.- The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if canceled 60 days before arrival and the total price of the reservation if canceled during the 7 days before the date of arrival.

ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING: the contract is made exclusively by emails sent between the parties.

CONTRACT FILE: the parties agree that Icnea Tecnologia SL (Mandri 38, Barcelona) acts as a trusted third party and has the contract records in custody.

AUTHORIZATION OF PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: the client authorizes that they can send communications of promotions by email whenever he can unsubscribe at any time.

DATA PROTECTION: all requested data is as part of the contract.

The parties are legitimated reciprocally for the processing of the data by virtue of the contractual relationship that unites them. Both commit themselves to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of the data or files to which they have access due to the provision of their services and in the scope of this contract, avoiding their alteration, loss, dissemination, treatment or unauthorized access to third parties outside this contractual relationship.


The data held by the parties will be used solely and exclusively for the development of the activities of the provision of the service, and for the fulfillment of the provisions of this contract, during the term of this contract and its extensions or while there is still an obligation and legal power to maintain it.

Option A (in case of non-transfer to third parties of data) The data will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
Option B (in case of transfer of the data to third parties) For the correct and effective development of our activities the data may be transferred to (name of the third party) only for and for the purposes of our activity. (Name of the company with whom you contract), consent to such assignment. They may also be assigned to third parties in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so. Elrondaguel S.L. is not responsible for the processing of data by the third party.

To exercise rights related to data processing, it is reported that the Responsible for Treatment of ELRONDAGUEL S.L. is:
